Every Hyrule package includes unlimited administration under fair usage of 8 hours a month. That's far more than most organisations need.

Administration is the everyday configuration that keeps Salesforce working for your team.

Anything outside this list is engineering, such as automating workflows, integrating systems or building custom components.
Fair usage policy
On average, our clients use about 4 hours of administration a month, across around 7 tasks. The hours stay low for that many tasks because trained Hyrule AI agents deliver most of the work, which keeps your usage well down.
- We set fair usage at 8 hours of administration a month on every package. That's double our average usage per client, so there's plenty of room.
- Administration above the fair usage allowance within a month is billed at the standard engineering rate.
- Every request is estimated for you to approve before work starts.
- Unused administration hours don't roll over to the next month.
