Fair usage
How unlimited administration works
Every Hyrule package includes unlimited administration under fair usage of 8 hours a month. That's far more than most organisations need.
The policy
- Fair usage is 8 hours of administration in each calendar month, on every package.
- Administration beyond that in the same month is billed at £100 / hour.
- Every request is estimated for you to approve before work starts.
- Included engineering hours on Admin Pro are for the month they fall in and don't roll over.
What counts as administration
Picklist values, users, permissions, reports, list views and single sign-on configuration. Anything that needs building, such as automation, code or integrations, is engineering.
